Upton House's Christmas with the Muses runs 14 November to 3 January, 11.30am to 3.30pm, plus family crafts, wreath workshops and evenings from 2 December.
Upton House’s Christmas this year is “Christmas with the Muses”, and it runs from Saturday 14 November 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027, 11.30am to 3.30pm. The National Trust lists five Christmas events at the house, seven miles north of Banbury on the A422: the decorated house, a family trail, weekend crafting, wreath-making workshops and festive evening visits from 2 December.
These are the dates and times the National Trust’s own Upton House page carried when we read it on 9 October. The prices of the individual events were not readable that day, because the Trust’s event pages sit behind a bot check. We will add them when they are.

Christmas with the Muses
The Christmas display fills the house. The Trust’s listing pairs it with a trail for families of the same name, on the same dates and hours, from 14 November until the first weekend of January. The house is open 11am to 3.30pm on an ordinary October day, so the Christmas hours start half an hour later.
Family Christmas Crafting
From 14 November to 20 December, noon to 3pm. The Trust has not put a price we could read on the crafting itself, so check the event listing before you go. At half term, Upton’s Halloween crafts cost £2 a child on top of admission, which is the nearest guide we have.
Wreath-making workshops
Morning sessions, 10am to noon, between Saturday 28 November and Wednesday 2 December. The price and booking link sit on the event page we could not read.
Festive Evening Visits
The first is on Wednesday 2 December, with an arrival time listed as 6.30pm to 6.40pm, and the Trust lists three more dates. We will add the other dates and the price once the event page reads.
